If your app is not yet live (Ready for Sale in App Store jargon), just change the name and/or subtitle. It’s that easy! Once your app is live, this is what you’ll see on the App Store:

The Name and Subtitle fields are locked. You are stuck with your initial values. Just kidding. Not to worry! Fortunately, you can just create a new app version.
Now the Name and Subtitle fields will be unlocked. Hurrah!
